Sinus rhythm is the native rhythm of the heart. The Sinoatrial node (SA node) is the heart's pacemaker.
It paces the heart at a rate of 60 to 100 bpm. The electrical impulse cause both right and left atria to contract.
This is seen as a P-wave on an EKG graph. The impulse travels to the atrioventricular node (AV node) where the signal is
amplified and sent down through the right and left bundle branches and continues to the Purkinje fibers, causing the
ventricals to contract (seen as the QRS). After a slight pause (ST segment), the ventricles repolarize (seen as a T-wave)
in preparation for the next cycle.

Heart Rate Sinus Brady is under 60 bpm, Normal 60-100, Sinus Tach is over 100
P-Wave Normal (positive and precedes each QRS)
PR interval Normal (0.12-0.20 sec.)
QRS Normal range = 0.06-0.12 sec
Notes All P waves have equal PR intervals
